Volumetric Dough Divider machine is a dough cutting and weighting machine which cuts the dough in the desired weight without compressing and wearing it. The machine cuts the dough by means of vacuum generated in the cylinder by the piston up and down movement. All surfaces the dough comes into contact with are made of stainless steel.
