Conventional Oven

Convection oven is made for baking pastry items for small bakeries, restaurants, hotels and cafes.
Its inside heat circulation is done by fans or ventilators which gives a uniform baking through out the oven.
The baking chamber is made up of stainless steel and have high quality insulation materials to prevent any heat loses and
ensure minimum energy consumption. The oven has a homogeneous air circulation and uniform baking capability.
The oven equipped with steam unit and also a fermentation cabinet can be installed as per client
order.
